Job Details:

• Services Needed: Home Care
• $10 - $20 per hour

Provider Requirements:

• Has own transportation
• Comfortable with pets

Requirements:

• Experience working with seniors with dementia
• Must be dog friendly (a very friendly and lovable Doberman)
• Have own transportation
• Be self-employed and complete IRS form W-9 as you will receive at 1099 at the end of the year.
• Must complete Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9
• Must be able to pass background check
