Responsibilities:
- Caregiver for Child with Autism
- We are looking for somebody who is planning to stay long term (extremely committed and passionate about this job) - Preferred: Female only. Not married. No Children.
- Full-time, Stay-in
- Who has a minimum of 2 years experience working with children
- Who has a background in Education or Psychology (Working with children above the age of 3) - Preferred: Kindergarten teacher, Teacher support, Daycare caregiver
- Who speaks very good English - Preferred: Fluent
- Who has a background with cooking, cleaning, and house-chores
- Who has cooperative - The child already has a full-time Filipina nurse working with him; so we are looking for them to work together, and to support with the home if needed (and if workload permits)
- Active, energetic, and fit - Preferred: Age 24-32
- Smart, structured, scheduled, fast learner, hygienic, and hard worker
- Vacations: Regular - 2 months every 2 years
- Days off: We don't regularly offer days off, but unless requested early and unless the child does not need somebody on that day, we may offer a few hours off
Background on family:
- Locals from Dubai, UAE.
- We live in two cities: Abu Dhabi and Dubai, weekdays in Abu Dhabi and weekends in Dubai
- The child goes to a regular school and has a shadow teacher
- Child is 5 years old, turning 6 soon
- Child has mild degree of autism, but quickly improving
- Child is around many cousins
- Family monitors child and house workers 24/7 through physically being there or through technology. High security
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Dubai.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent.
